1. Dispatch Fees
Dispatch fees are earned once a load has been secured and dispatched to the carrier. Fees for delivered loads are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Carrier
Carriers may cancel service by providing written notice per the Dispatch Service Agreement. Fees on loads already dispatched remain due.
3. Cancellation by Waypoint Dynamics
We may cancel or suspend service for non-payment, fraud, safety concerns, regulatory violations, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.
4. TONU / Cancelled Loads
If a broker cancels a load or issues a Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU), dispatch fees apply to any TONU compensation received.
5. Disputes
Fee disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date to support@waypointdynamicllc.com.
