1. Authorized Use
The Waypoint Dynamics carrier portal is provided for authorized carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and administrators to manage dispatch activity, documents, and communications.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing login credentials or accessing another user's account.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or malware.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, RLS, or rate limits.
- Scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering the portal.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Using the portal for any unlawful purpose.
3. Security
Users must maintain strong passwords, enable available account protections, and immediately report suspected compromise to support@waypointdynamicllc.com.
4. Monitoring
Waypoint Dynamics may monitor portal activity to protect system integrity and investigate abuse.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination of access, and referral to law enforcement.
