1. Representations
By submitting the onboarding application, Carrier represents that all information provided (MC/DOT, insurance, W-9, authority, banking) is true, accurate, and current.
2. Authorization
Carrier authorizes Waypoint Dynamics to verify FMCSA authority, insurance, and safety ratings, and to communicate with brokers and shippers on Carrier's behalf.
3. Document Handling
Uploaded documents are stored securely in the carrier portal and shared only with brokers, factoring companies, insurance providers, and government agencies as needed to perform services.
4. Updates
Carrier will promptly update insurance certificates, authority changes, banking updates, and driver rosters through the portal.
5. Acceptance
Completing onboarding constitutes acceptance of the Dispatch Service Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and E-SIGN Consent.
