1. Not a Motor Carrier or Broker
Waypoint Dynamics Dispatch LLC provides administrative dispatch services for motor carriers. We are not a licensed freight broker or motor carrier under FMCSA regulations unless separately noted.
2. Carrier Responsibility
The Carrier is solely responsible for compliance with all FMCSA regulations, including operating authority, insurance, safety ratings, hours-of-service (HOS), drug & alcohol testing, driver qualification files, IFTA, IRP, and equipment maintenance.
3. Broker Verification
We use commercially reasonable efforts to verify broker authority and credit before dispatching loads. Final acceptance of any load rests with the Carrier.
4. Safety
The Carrier retains sole authority over safety decisions, route acceptance, load refusal, and HOS compliance. Nothing in a dispatch communication overrides the Carrier's safety obligations.
