Compensation acknowledgment

Waypoint charges carriers a 10% dispatch fee.I receive 40% of the dispatch fees actually collected on work credited to me.Waypoint retains 60% of the dispatch fees collected.No commission is owed on unpaid, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or written-off invoices.Payments are processed weekly.There is no guaranteed minimum income.I am responsible for my own taxes and business expenses.Commission disputes must be submitted within the defined dispute period.
