Waypoint charges carriers a 10% dispatch fee.Dispatchers source and manage their own carriers and receive 60% of dispatch fees collected on them. After 3 months with Waypoint, dispatchers gain access to house freight, where they receive 40% and Waypoint retains 60%.Waypoint retains 40% on contractor-sourced freight and 60% on house freight.No commission is owed on unpaid, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or written-off invoices.Payments are processed weekly.There is no guaranteed minimum income.I am responsible for my own taxes and business expenses.Commission disputes must be submitted within the defined dispute period.
